The Medina estuary (walk) has a wonderfully interesting character made up of rich maritime heritage, a wealth of natural habitats and a vibrant mix of recreation, transport and industry. The circular walk is approximately 9 miles/14km and can be completed in around 4 hours at a fairly brisk pace. Download leaflet here
