TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

 

 

The person signing the booking form must ensure the party is as stated and must inform us of any changes on or before arrival. The hirer accepts responsibility for the conduct of the party and for any unreasonable damages.

 

 

Please arrange to arrive after 3pm and depart by 10am. We need the time between departure and arrival times to check and clean chalets, do essential repairs etc. We will do our best to help if you have to arrive on the island earlier or depart later, arrangements for this must be discussed beforehand. The Hire Agreement does not confer any obligation upon the owner to make chalets available after 10am or before 3pm.

 

On arrival any faults or shortages to the chalets must be reported immediately. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the chalet is left clean and tidy as found, and agrees to reimburse the owner for any loss, damage, or unnecessary cleaning at the end of the hire period.  We reserve the right to charge £5 per half hour for departure after the 10am deadline (other than by prior arrangement).

 

 

  

All prices are based on weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday. A £100-00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A £100 refundable deposit is payable when booking to secure against damage during your stay, and will be refunded within 7 days ,upon return of your chalet keys.

 

 

 Vehicles: the 10mph site speed limit must be observed and vehicles must only be driven by insured licence holders, who will be responsible for any injury or damage to persons and property. Parking must be in designated areas only and not on the grass.

 

 

 Waterproof sheets are available  upon request and failure to protect the bedding will render the hirer liable for the replacement cost.

 

 The hirer is responsible for reporting any contact with infectious diseases by any member of his/her party prior to or during the holiday dates.

We are not the owners of the site and any changes or works made on or to the site are beyond our control.
